February 17, 2020- Dr. Greg Janik, clinical professor of athletic training and athletic trainer at King’s College, is one of nine athletic trainers from across the country selected to receive the Most Distinguished Athletic Trainer Award from the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA).  The award will be presented to Janik at NATA’s 71st annual Clinical Symposia & AT Athletic Expo to be held in Atlanta in June.

February 17, 2020 - Local King’s College alumni and members of the Tatra Club of Luzerne County, Joseph Kester ’51 and Richard Adams ’64, recently visited King’s College campus to present a check to Rev. John Ryan, C.S.C., President of King’s College, in support of the Father Jozef Murgas Scholarship. Established and awarded for the first time in 2017, the scholarship is presented annually to a first-year King’s College student or students from an area Catholic, private, or public high school.

February 12, 2020 - Hazleton Area High School student, Oscar Gonzalez Tejada, is this year’s recipient of the Presidential Scholarship from King’s College.
