January 14, 2020 - King’s College students Zoe Waizenegger and Marielle Roberts-McDonald, recently presented their research at the 2019 joint meeting of the American Society for Cell Biology (ASCB) and European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO).

January 6, 2020 - Sarah Vittone, Ph.D., an assistant professor and clinical ethics consultant from the School of Nursing and Health Sciences and the Pellegrino Center for Clinical Bioethics at Georgetown University, will deliver the 2020 Bessette Lecture on Medical Ethics on Tuesday, January 21, at King’s College.  The free public lecture, titled “Before and After the Harm: Ethical Choices and Medical Error,” will take place at 7 p.m. in the Burke Auditorium of the McGowan School of Business, located at the corner of N. River and W. Union streets.

December 19, 2019 - For the third consecutive year, King’s College hosted the High School Entrepreneurship Institute presented by tecBRIDGE, a regional organization that is focused on growing entrepreneurship, innovation and the knowledge economy in Northeastern Pennsylvania.  Sponsored by King’s, Geisinger, and the McGowan Charitable Fund, the morning-long event was held in the McGowan School of Business at King’s.

December 17, 2019 - Seven King’s College students and a faculty member moderator participated in a Model United Nations program held recently at the University of Erfurt in Germany. 

December 10, 2019 - The King’s College Department of Athletics is excited to announce the addition of Esports as a competitive program, beginning in the Fall semester of 2020. Esports is competitive gaming using video games on various platforms, most often in the form of organized, multiplayer competitions.
