March 21, 2018 – Wilkes-Barre native Frank Wengen will display a variety of transparent watercolor paintings during a free public exhibition, titled “Serene Scenery: Elevating the Everyday Landscape,” to be held from Monday, April 2, through Friday, April 27, in the Widmann Gallery at King’s College. 

March 20, 2018 - Five works by four King’s College students were recently selected to be entered in the annual 2017 Delta Epsilon Sigma (DES) National Undergraduate Writing Competition. 

March 20, 2018 - Nineteen King’s College students were recently inducted to the Psi Epsilon Chapter of Lambda Pi Eta, an honor society specifically focused on communications.

March 12, 2018 – Philosopher and Medical Ethicist Dr. Aaron Cobb, associate professor of philosophy at Auburn University at Montgomery, will deliver the annual Donald Grimes Lecture at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 5, in the Burke Auditorium at King’s College. The free public lecture, titled “Virtues for the Vulnerable: Perinatal Hospice as Exemplary Care,” is co-sponsored by the McGowan Center for Ethics and Social Responsibility and the Honors Program at King’s.
