Wilkes-Barre, Pa., March 14, 2022 - In celebration of their diamond anniversary, King’s College will host the 75th Anniversary Exhibition, today, March 14 through March 27, 2022, at the Widmann Art Gallery, located on the first floor of the Sheehy-Farmer Campus Center.

From presidential visits and new buildings to the appearance of a gold-painted keg, the Widmann Art Gallery will take visitors on a journey through the history of King’s College. For seventy-five years, King’s has made a difference in the lives of students, neighboring communities, and beyond. The exhibition features original documents, archival photos, and historical artifacts that recall the many sacrifices and triumphs of the King’s College family over the years.

The exhibition is free and open to the public. The Widmann Art Gallery is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with special evening hours until 7 p.m. for this exhibition. Visitors can use the Holy Cross parking lot next to the Sheehy-Farmer Campus Center, accessed from the cul-de-sac on North Franklin Street. The Gallery is in the back left corner of the first floor when entering from the campus side.
