Marc Marchese, Ph.D., joined the King's College faculty in the fall of 1993. Prior to coming to King's, he completed his bachelor's degree in psychology at Canisius College in Buffalo, New York, and his master's and doctorate degrees in Industrial/ Organizational psychology at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. He has taught numerous undergraduate human resources courses at King's including Introduction to HRM, Employment Law, Employee Compensation, Organizational Behavior and Employee Training & Development. He has also taught graduate courses for the graduate Healthcare Administration program, including Research Methods and HR for Healthcare Administration. As a scholar he has authored more than twenty journal publications, dozens of conference presentations, and co-authored one book on healthcare management. In his free time, he is an avid Buffalo Bills' fan and enjoys playing tennis, golf, and racquetball.
