King's Programming Board
King's Programming Board (KPB) helps to develop social programming for the College. Members of KPB assist in the planning, development, and implementation of social and recreational activities for the King's College community. Members hold regular office hours in the Campus Activities suite. By becoming involved, students enhance their organizational, programming, time-management, and communication skills all while having fun.
Colleen Shuler, Executive Chair
- Oversee the executive vice chairs
- Liaison for major events (Block Party, Family and Friends Weekend, Springfest, etc.)
- Maintains social media (IG: @kingsstudentlife)
Skylar Garnett, Executive Vice Chair 1
- Oversee two co-chairs: Local Events and Excursions Chair, Campus Spirit and Traditions Chair
- Attend the events of their co-chairs
- Makes and oversees event coverage schedule.
- Keeps meeting minutes and sends them to staff after meetings.
Reagan Rittenhouse, Executive Vice Chair 2
- Oversees two co-chairs: Novelty and Late-Night Chair, Live Entertainment and Social Events
- Attends the events of their co-chairs
- Attends SGA General Board Meetings
- Acts as the King’s Programming Board/Campus Activities SGA Liaison
Jaidyn Helmbold, Local Events and Excursions Chair
- Tasked with creating, organizing, and executing all "local events" such as bowling, snow tubing, ice skating, and go-karting
- Tasked with creating, organizing, and executing all designated "excursions" such as Hershey Park, New York City trips, and Broadway shows
- Oversees ticket sales for events and check in at buses if needed
- Responsible for submitting information to the Coordinator of Campus Activities for advertising and room reservations.
Lilyana Crawley, Live Entertainment and Social Events Chair
- Tasked with creating, organizing, and executing all live events (comedians, bingo, musicians, etc.)
- Tasked with Creating, organizing, and executing all social events (coffee stops, ice cream socials, etc.)
- Works with Executive Chair to schedule assistance if needed for events
- Responsible for submitting information to the Coordinator of Campus Activities for advertising and room reservations
Matthew Prudente, Novelty and Late-Night Chair
- Tasked with creating, organizing, and executing all designated events (Pop up events, giveaway, holiday events)
- Tasked with creating, organizing and working late night events (9 p.m. ice skating, late-night bingo/trivia)
- Responsible for submitting information to the Coordinator of Campus Activities for advertising and room reservations
Jordyn Bortz, Campus Spirit and Traditions Chair
- Works closely with Athletics to coordinate collaboration (Themed games, game giveaways, pizza nights)
- Promotes and works closely with Executive Chair on annual events (Involvement Fair, Christmas Fair, Tree Lighting)
- Responsible for submitting information to the Coordinator of Campus Activities for advertising and room reservations
