As of October 2025, the order form has been updated to request the name associated with the budget code, not the department you are ordering for.
How much lead time is required?
Minimum lead time of most jobs is two business days. Any jobs that require extra time such as folding, booklet making, course packets that require binding, or any large documents should be submitted at least one week before the due date, especially during peak work periods.
Which file types can I send?
PDF is preferred, however, the Print Shop can usually accept the following file types for printing:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
Images (.jpeg, .tiff, .psd)
We ask that you send a PDF along with the original file.
What is a print-ready file?
This term is used in the printing industry to describe a file that meets all the requirements to produce a high-resolution printed outcome without the need for any additional intervention or alteration. Simply it means that we are able to use your submitted file "as is" to create the desired print job.
How do I know when my order is ready?
The Print Shop will call or email you when your order is ready for pick up. On-campus delivery for is available upon request.
