KC Theatre invites you to our upcoming production of "Everyman" by Anonymous, with showings on January 10 and 11 at 7:30 p.m., and January 11 and 12 at 2 p.m. at the Maffei Theatre.
This is part of our relaunch of "KC Theatre Student Lab" series, which provides opportunities for student-produced and directed full length plays. Performances are pay what you can.
The production is directed by student Matthew Carr and features Sean Cryan (Director of Campus Activities) and Jamie Costello (Library). "Everyman" is a 15th-century morality play that tells the story of Everyman, a representation of all mankind, as he tries to convince allegorical characters to accompany him on his journey to examine the question of Christian salvation. This show contains heavy themes of religion, heaven, and questions of truth regarding religion.
