Yendi Caraballo Lopez is a registered dietitian with more than 12 years of experience in clinical nutrition and management. She received a bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Turabo in Puerto Rico, and a master's degree from Nova Southeastern University. She also holds the credentials of Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC). She has worked in several clinical nutrition settings, such as inpatient acute care, critical care, and clinical management, as well as outpatient clinical nutrition, long-term care, and community nutrition. She currently works for Morrison Healthcare as Director of Clinical Nutrition Systems for a hospital system located in Central Florida. During her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, cooking, playing board games, and spending time with her husband and baby daughter.
