Susan attended Shippensburg University and graduated with a B.A. in English. While living in Virginia, she worked for the Progress-Index Newspaper as a copy editor and writer. For many years, she has enjoyed helping and working at all four of her family's Morris Family Restaurant locations. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her two daughters.
