Martin Lacayo, M.S., is the Director of the Hispanic And Latino Excellence (HALE) Center and a United States Marine Corps veteran who served for four years. He earned his master's in higher education from Buffalo State University. Prior to joining King's College, he spent a couple of years at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, serving as the director of the Dowdy Multicultural Center. Martin is bilingual in Spanish and has extensive experience in higher education, having worked at small, large, private, and public post-secondary institutions. Martin lives in the Poconos with his wife and son and enjoys traveling, going to baseball games, and watching good action-packed films.
