Christopher J. Gatto, Ed.D. is Superintendent of Old Forge School District and an instructor in the King’s College Education Department, where he currently teaches Secondary Classroom Management. Before assuming his current role, Dr. Gatto worked in the Old Forge School District for 17 years, ten years as a Science teacher in the High School, five years as High School Principal, and almost two years as Compliance Officer. During his career, Chris coached golf, baseball, and softball. He also started the Science/Math Club and was a class advisor for seven years. Before working at Old Forge, Chris was a long-term substitute teacher in the Dunmore School District and Pocono Mountain School District. Chris lives in Old Forge and in his free time likes to golf and follow the Phillies and Eagles.
