Athletic Administration and Coaches Offices

  • The office will be open for our regular College business hours, Monday- Friday 8:30 am to 4:30pm
  • Students must make an appointment in advance to meet with a coach or athletic administrator.
  • All meetings should take place where social distancing requirements can be satisfied, if not meetings should be virtual.
  • Face coverings and masks must be worn in all common areas of offices spaces and lobbies.
  • Student athletes will not be permitted to use common area as a study hall site.
  • Staff may remove face masks when alone in their offices.
  • Signage will designate capacity restrictions in all areas of the facility

InterMetro Wellness Center

  • Hours of facility will be limited to allow for proper disinfecting and sanitizing. Periodic closing will occur during the day to allow for cleaning.
  • No visitors or guests are permitted to use IWC. Only current students and employees are permitted to use the IWC.
  • Students and employees must sign in to allow contact tracing if necessary.  No one will be allowed in without signing in and providing contact information
  • Capacity limits for areas of IWC will be determined and clearly articulated   
  • Several pieces of equipment will be temporarily removed to allow for proper social distancing.  To meet the needs of as many students and employees, each patron will have a 45-minute time limit to workout.
  • Anyone persons not following established guidelines will be asked to leave facility.
  • Patrons are encouraged to use the outdoors for cardio when weather permits
  • Face coverings and masks may be required while in facility.
  • All patrons should bring their own water bottle.

Pool

  • Pool hours may be restricted to allow for proper sanitation and disinfecting.
  • No visitors or guests are permitted to use pool
  • Students and employees will need to clearly sign in when entering pool area to allow for contact tracing if necessary
  • Capacity limits for the pool will be articulated and posted in facility.
  • Only one swimmer per lane.
  • Face coverings and masks should be worn until entering pool.
  • All patrons should bring their own water bottle

Locker rooms

  • General locker rooms will be for changing only and no overnight storage of personal belongings will be allowed. 
  • Locker rooms will be regularly disinfected and sanitized
  • Social distancing guidelines must be followed in locker rooms and each room will have signage indicating capacity limits
  • Face coverings must be worn in locker room areas

Scandlon Gymnasium/ Auxiliary Gym

  • Hours may be limited to allow for proper sanitation and disinfecting.
  • No visitors or guests are permitted in any of the recreational areas.
  • Students and employees must clearly sign in to allow for contact tracing if needed.
  • Students and employees will need to supply their own basketballs/soccer/volleyballs for free play.
  • All patrons should bring their own water bottle.
  • Groups of more than 10 in any recreational activity are not permitted.
  • Intramural activities will be organized using social distancing guidelines and may be limited this year
  • Face coverings and masks must be worn in all common areas when social distancing is not possible

Betzler Field

  • Only recognized athletic teams are permitted to use any fields at Betzler Fields and must be under the direction of a member of the coaching staff.
  • Students and employees may use the track if all social distancing guidelines are followed
  • Locker rooms are not open for general use
