Jan. 20, 2017 - King’s College will commemorate the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity with a Taizè Prayer Service beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 25, in the Chapel of Christ the King, located on the corner of North Franklin and West Jackson Streets. 

Jan. 20, 2017 - Twenty-two King’s College students have begun a 14-week student teaching experience at area elementary, junior-high, and senior-high schools. The supervised student teaching experience is necessary to fulfill King’s degree requirements and to obtain a Pennsylvania Teacher Certificate.

Jan. 19, 2017 - Eighteen King’s College students are serving as volunteer mentors for the Juvenile Justice program.

Jan. 18, 2017 - James Gilgallon of Wilkes-Barre has been appointed executive director of campus safety and security at King’s College. A 1989 graduate of King’s, Gilgallon joins the King’s community after serving for 25 years in several capacities with the Pennsylvania State Police, including most recently as the Director of Internal Affairs for the Bureau of Integrity and Professional Standards Department.
