On Thursday, September 24, King's College will present a screening of the CNN film, The Hunting Ground, in Burke Auditorium from 7:00 pm to 8:45 pm. Following the screening, a panel including representatives from the Victims Resource Center and King's service providers will discuss the college's policies concerning sexual violence. 

Released last February, The Hunting Ground explores sexual violence on college campuses in the U.S. The film investigates institutional cover-up and the devastating effect it has on students and their families as it follows several undergraduate assault survivors, women and men, in their pursuit of justice.

The Office of Campus Safety and Security, the Women's Studies Program, the Counseling Center, the Student Health Center, Campus Activities and Commuter Life, Residence Life, Multicultural and International Student Programs, and the Dean of Students/Title IX Assistant Coordinator are co-sponsors of this important community event.
