March 21, 2019 - Robert Reese has been appointed Vice President for Enrollment Management at King’s College following a national search.  He will join the King’s community on April 15.

Reese, who has held vice president-level positions at three religiously affiliated private colleges in the Philadelphia area, will join the King’s Senior Staff and will be responsible for leading the critical admissions and financial aid functions of the College.

“After an extensive interview process with representatives of the various campus constituencies, we felt Robert was the best choice for leveraging the College’s recent admissions successes and continuing to draw a talented and diverse student body  and maintain a high level of student engagement,” said Father John Ryan, C.S.C., King’s president.

A resident of Clarks Summit, Reese has served as associate vice president for enrollment services for Holy Family University, vice president for enrollment management at Cabrini University and, most recently, vice president for enrollment services at La Salle University.

The recipient of a both bachelor’s and MBA degrees from Marywood University, Reese also served for 20 years as director of university admissions for the Scranton-based educational institution.

Reese is past president of the Pennsylvania Association of Catholic College Admissions Officers, a compliance reviewer for the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and has served as a delegate to the College Board Guidance Admissions Assembly.

A former member of the United States Coast Guard and Pennsylvania Army National Guard, Reese recently made presentations at both the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers and the Pennsylvania Association for College Admissions Counseling.
