Dec. 6, 2015 - The King’s College Mathematics Department recently sponsored a competition involving almost 80 students from eight local high schools.
Participating students took part in both individual and team competitions. The first place winner for the individual competition received a $1,000 scholarship to King’s renewable annually based on good academic standing. The second place winner for the individual competition received a $500 scholarship to King’s renewable annually based on good academic standing.
Each winner in the individual and relay competition received a medal and a book on recreational mathematics.
