Congratulations to Dr. Amy Parsons, Marketing professor in the William G. McGowan School of Business. Her article, “Social Media Marketing Management: An Application to Small Restaurants in the US”, was selected as an Outstanding Paper in the 2020 Emerald Literati Awards and published in the International Journal of Culture, Tourism, and Hospitality Research. The editorial team said that it is one of the most exceptional pieces of work they saw throughout 2019. Dr. Parsons co-authored the paper with Elzbieta Lepkowska-White and William Berg from Skidmore College and it was published in 2019.
