College ID Card

College ID Card

All full-time students are issued a permanent identification card (ID) card. Incoming and transfer students will receive their identification cards during orientation.

I.D.'s must be carried at all times and are to be presented at the request of any college official unless it is being held at the Esseff Hall or Holy Cross Hall security desk while the student is visiting in the hall in accordance with the hall access/escort policy. Failure to carry a college I.D. card will result in a disciplinary referral.

I.D. cards also serve as meal cards for students on the meal plan. Lost identification cards must be reported immediately to the Residence Life Office. Unless reported, the student will be held responsible for any fraudulent use. Cost of replacement cards is $10. This fee must be paid upon application for a replacement card and may not be billed to a student's account. Replacement I.D.'s and temporary cards are only available during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Temporary I.D. cards will be issued to students who report their cards misplaced but not lost or stolen. Temporary I.D. cards are valid for one period, and must be surrendered to Dining Services upon use. Students are allowed 3 temporary I.D. cards before they will be required to purchase a new permanent I.D. card.
