King’s College is committed to your success, which is why our Retention Specialist works with students to achieve success through coaching and providing guidance and support; developing programs for special populations (e.g., first-year, sophomores, first-gen); creating success/action plans for students; partnering with other college departments to provide guidance to students; and participating in call campaigns to students, including calls, texts, and mail.
