Mrs. Corcoran is a graduate of the King's College PA program, where she received the degrees of Bachelor of Science in Medical Studies in 2008 and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2009. She has worked full-time as a physician assistant in Honesdale, PA, specializing in Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine since 2009.
Mrs. Corcoran joined the faculty of the King's PA program in 2016 as assistant clinical faculty and academic coordinator and currently serves as the Academic Director. She teaches Pulmonary Medicine and Genetics to our students during the didactic year and serves as an advisor to the students. She assists in proctoring exams for physical diagnosis lab and OSCEs. Mrs. Corcoran still works part-time as a physician assistant in family medicine through the Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers to maintain her clinical skills and provide our students with pearls of the everyday practice of medicine.
Mrs. Corcoran is a current member of the AAPA and PSPA.
