| COLLEGE IDENTIFICATION
CARDS All full-time students are issued a permanent identification card (ID) card. I.D.'s must be carried at all times and are to be presented at the request of any college official unless it is being held at the Esseff Hall or Holy Cross Hall security desk while the student is visiting in the hall in accordance with the hall access/escort policy. Failure to carry a college I.D. card will result in a disciplinary referral. I.D. cards also serve as meal cards for students on the meal plan. Lost identification cards must be reported immediately to the Residence Life Office. Unless reported, the student will be held responsible for any fraudulent use. Cost of replacement cards is $10. This fee must be paid upon application for a replacement card and may not be billed to a student's account. Replacement I.D.'s and temporary cards are only available during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. - noon and 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Temporary I.D. cards are issued for that period of time between a request for a replacement card and its manufacture. Temporary I.D. cards, valid for no more than five days, will also be issued to students who report their cards misplaced but not lost or stolen. A request for a five-day, temporary card must be accompanied by a refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of I.D. card replacement. The deposit will be refunded when the student returns the temporary and shows the permanent card. |
