SANDRA FAUX, JACQUELYN BORTHWICK JOIN KING'S COLLEGE PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICE 

    Sandra Faux and Jacquelyn Borthwick recently joined the public relations staff of King’s College.

     Ms. Faux , who is assistant director of public relations and marketing at King’s College, is responsible for  operating a comprehensive media relations and public information program at King’s College. She had been director of publications and public relations at the Japan Society, a non-profit educational and bi-national affairs organization in New York City, and most recently worked at the Wilkes-Barre Times Leader on the editorial page. A native of Freeland and a graduate of Wilkes College, she has lived and worked in New York and Tokyo and was a public relations and editorial consultant to a number of educational and cultural organizations.

     Jacquelyn A. Borthwick is a 1996 cum laude graduate of King’s College with a B.A. in communications and a graduate of Pittston Area High School. Recently named public relations associate at King’s College, she assists the public relations staff in meeting the publications, marketing, and communications needs of the college. Ms. Borthwick has a background in graphic design, writing, print production, and photography. Before joining King’s, she had been with Pride Mobility Products Corp. She also worked in the newspaper field with the Times Leader and The Scranton Times-Tribune. A resident of Duryea, she is also a Duryea community news columnist with The Pittston Sunday Dispatch.
