KING'S COLLEGE TO HOLD OPEN HOUSE FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS
July 11,
2005-Several hundred high school students and their families will visit the
King’s College campus on Saturday, July 16, to learn more about the benefits
of a King’s College education.
At the
Open House, prospective students will hear from campus representatives about
admissions, financial aid, career planning, and student life. They’ll be given
classroom visits, meet varsity coaches, and be introduced to academic programs
at King’s. Prospective students can find out about internships, the ROTC
program, and services for those with learning disabilities. Student guides will
show visitors the campus, key facilities, and points of interest. The College
Bookstore will be open for Open House attendees.
The Open
House, which begins with registration at 9 a.m. at the Scandlon Physical
Education Center on North Main Street, runs from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and
includes lunch. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling the
