January 27, 2014 – Eric Grego has been appointed an admission counselor at King’s College. He will be responsible for the recruitment of prospective students in specific geographic territories and work with high school students and their families throughout the entire admission and enrollment process. 

Grego will work with prospective students in northern and central New Jersey regions. He will help coordinate Admissions events, including Open Houses, Senior Preview Days, and the Plunge Program, where prospective students stay overnight on campus, attend classes, tour campus, and meet with professors

A White Haven resident, Grego graduated from King’s in May with a major in history and secondary education with a minor in political science. While at King’s, he was vice president of the College’s Student Government Executive Board, co-coordinated several orientation events, and served as a co-leader for First Year Experience classes. 

Grego was a member of several honor societies, including Kappa Delta Pi, education; Phi Alpha Theta, history; and Pi Sigma Alpha, political science. As a member of the College’s cross country team, he was named to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic Team.

He has participated in two of the College’s WinterSERVE volunteer service projects in San Antonio in 2013 and Austin, Texas in 2014. He also volunteers for the Special Olympics and serves as director of the Kelci Ever After 6k Run/Walk.
