Sue Henry Chairperson of King's College Alumni Phonathon

September 5, 2007 - Local radio talk show host Sue Henry, a 1987 graduate of King's College, will serve as the chairperson of the College's 33 rd annual Alumni Phonathon to be held September 16-30.

Henry chairs the event, which will involve more than 180 volunteers including alumni, students, and members of the King's College Community phoning alumni around the country to raise funds in support of the College's operations, including student scholarships and technological advancement.

The goal of the Phonathon, the largest component of the Alumni Phase of the Annual Campaign for King's, is $465,000.  The annual success of the Alumni Phonathon is a major contributor to King's achieving an alumni participation rate of 24 percent, almost double the national average.

King's College is a Catholic College sponsored by the congregation of Holy Cross.
