Film & TV Camp ready to roll into King's
July 3, 2007 –A summer camp for aspiring actors and directors will be held at King's College from Aug. 6-10. Operated by Philadelphia casting director Kathy Wickline, the camp is designed for students in grades 3-10 and will be held Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Students will learn basic and advanced levels of acting, directing, and operating camera for film, television, commercials, news anchoring, and music video. Script writing, storyboarding, and improvisation will also be introduced.
Working actors, directors, and producers will teach the children about the industry. Campers will create an original work from writing to shooting on projects like commercials, film scenes, music video, public service announcements, news casting and talk show.
