Slovak Ladies Donate to King’s Ethnic Program

February 12, 2008 - Representatives of the local chapter of the First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association (FCSLA) recently presented a $10,000 check to King’s College to further the College’s Ethnic Community Outreach (ECO) Program.  The goal of the ECO Program is to explore, recognize and celebrate the role of ethnic communities and their voluntary associations in the past, present and future civic life of northeastern Pennsylvania.  Founded in 1892, the FCSLA is a fraternal benefit society with more than 90,000 members.
