
Built in 1988, and named after the third president of King's College, Flood Hall is a co-ed apartment building for upper-class students. The building contains 17 four-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom, living room, and each occupant has their own bedroom. The building has a laundry facility and computer lab located in the basement of the building.

- Twin XL bed, desk, desk chair, dresser and closet for each resident
- Dining table and chairs, couch, side chairs and end tables in the living room and kitchen area

- ID card access to the building
- 1 ADA accessible apartment with a private entrance to the outdoors—it should be noted that Flood Hall is located at the top of a steep hill, and does not have an elevator
