He was Federal Representative for the Social-Democratic party Convergencia, and member of the commission for Energy, Social Development, tecno agricultural industries like Sugar, coffee at the Congress. He is former Secretary of Economic Development of Veracruz. He directed the government Agency (DICONSA) distributor of basic food on underdeveloped areas, and the international links needed for its functions. He directs his own computation enterprise, and advisor to Tourist and hotel industry in the state presiding as well the State Branch of the Monterrey Tech, the World trade center and many philanthropy groups that supportsr old people, disabled people & the red cross being awarded several medals to the distinguish political merits & social activities. He has lectured on these topics in his weekly news paper column in en radio & T.V , also in Universities in México, United States, Germany and Spain besides his extensive function work that promotes scholarships for young people in need of education. The Computer science Engineer from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey, was born in the state of Veracruz , Mexico. His post degree studies are in Business, Strategical Planning, Social development, Political marketing . among others, with a diploma on Public Policies from Harvard Business School , and is part of the Senatorial body of legislators of México.
