The MAC, the oldest and one of the largest Division III conferences in the nation, has undergone significant change over the years, the most recent coming in 2007-08 with more to follow in 2008-09.. King's also competes in the Eastern College Athletic Conference. The ECAC is an athletic conference which includes members from Divisions I, II, and III, and sponsors many post-season championship events for selected teams. The ECAC is comprised of colleges from Maine to North Carolina. Separate championship events are held for all three Divisions according to geographic location. King's athletic program stands as one of the fastest growing at the Division III level since 1992, adding a total of five new sports for men and women athletes. At King’s, we take great pride in the academic excellence we encourage in our athletes. This is due in part to our terrific athletic staff, who work closely with our athletes to make sure they achieve success both on and off the field. |
