How did you select your Study/Intern Abroad location?

I selected Geneva based on the central location in Europe and the region’s native language of French, which is my language of focus for my I.B. curriculum.

Why did you want to study or intern abroad?

I knew it would change my perspective about the US and the rest of the world. It also benefits my International Business major.

What was the highlight of this experience?

The ability to take a one hour plane ride to pretty much anywhere in Europe.

What surprised you the most?

How friendly and cool everyone was that I met in the hostels while traveling around Europe.

How has (or how might) this experience affect your major and future career?

I grew and matured socially and I now feel confident interacting with people from all places and backgrounds.

What would you tell students considering studying or interning abroad?

I can’t imagine going through college without having done it.
