Follow I-287 North to I-80 West, then continue to either of the following:
The first route is not advised during the winter months.
(1) I-80 West to Blakeslee exit. Follow 115 North.
(2) I-80 west to Pennsylvania Turnpike exit. Continue on Pa.
Turnpike to first exit (Exit 36 Wilkes-Barre). Follow 115 North
- Route 115 becomes Route 309.
- Follow Route 309 to Exit 3 (Wilkes-Barre/Plains).
- Follow the exit ramp to the traffic light and turn left onto North River Street.
- Follow North River Street approximately 1.5 miles.
- You will come to a traffic light at which you will see the Luzerne County Courthouse on your right.
- Go through this light and take the very next left onto West Jackson Street.
- Turn right at the next light onto West Union Street and the Admissions Visitors' Parking Area is on your right.
- If this lot is filled, continue on West Union Street, go two lights, turn right at River Street and there will be another lot on your right between McGowan Hall and the Administration Building.
