How to Set Up an On-Campus Interview Visit
Follow these steps for a successful recruitment visit:
- Call Jamie Guilford, our Employer/Corporate Relations Coordinator, at 570-208-5874 to set up an interview date or e-mail at jamieguilford@kings.edu. Please make sure you have two dates available that are convenient. Typically, we need at minimum three weeks to advertise your visit. If you are unable to provide three weeks notice, we would be happy to accommodate you by doing a resume referral "Can't Make it to Campus? Have Resumes Referred to You."
- Provide either through fax or e-mail with an updated description of the position(s) you wish to fill as well as any candidate requirements (majors, GPA, and/or graduation dates).This informationwill be used to advertise the interview date to students. You may also send any recruitment materials you would like us to distribute to students prior to the interview.
- Our office will send you an e-mail confirmation letter, directions to campus and our office, and a visitor's parking pass.
- We will then e-mail you student resumes to pre-screen 5-10 business days before your campus visit. If you wish to pre-select students to interview, you will need to get in touch with us as soon as possible.
- An interview schedule will be setup according to your specifications and we will e-mail it to you as soon as it is completed.
- Come to campus at least fifteen minutes before your first interview.
- Provide our office with feedback both on our services and our students.
- We expect you to commit to getting back to students regarding their status with your company in a reasonable time frame.
